1. Who are the Scadutos? Where do they come from?

1)  The Scadutos are new neighbors ,  they come from America.

2) The British confined conversation to neutral impersonal subjects , resisting any effort to be trapped into frienship. But Americans were tremendous questioners.

3) Because Wigley is a British person and he likes  having secret.

4) He refers to the man in 4c. Another neighbor.

5) He thinks of motorcycles that aren't so bad , some of them are very economical.
